Job summary

POLYWOOD is seeking a 3rd Shift Shipping Supervisor in Roxboro, NC to lead daily shipping operations and develop a high-performing team. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and on-time shipments while coordinating with Production, Transportation, and Maintenance for efficient workflow.

You will monitor performance, coach staff, and ensure adherence to standard work and company policies, including shift handoffs and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shipping, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or fulfillment.
• 1+ year of experience leading or supervising a team.
• Knowledge of shipping processes, warehouse safety, material handling, and productivity expectations.
• Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and organization skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support shipping team members throughout the shift.
• Oversee order staging, picking, packing, loading, and trailer movement during 3rd shift.
• Monitor order completion, productivity, shipping accuracy, and backlog.
• Coordinate with Production, Transportation, Maintenance, and other teams.
• Provide a clear handoff to the next shift with performance updates.
