Job summary

US Farathane is seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Orion, MI. This role ensures parts are packed, labeled, scanned, and loaded safely for on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing shipments, maintaining accurate records, following safety standards, and supporting back-up staff. The position requires good math, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Be able to perform multiple tasks.
• Good mathematical ability.
• Education and/or experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• All cartons containing parts are to be stored/shipped in good condition.
• Parts are to be prepared for shipment per the shipping schedule using FIFO and according to customer packaging instructions.
• Transfer parts from warehouse to shipment staging and ensure parts are scanned, wrapped and labeled correctly.
• All shipments are to be completed on a timely basis to ensure availability of commercial transport.
• Process shipments through the system to ensure ASN, record keeping, and traceability.
• Follow safety standards for forklift operation and maintain safe driving practices.
