Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety rules and procedures.
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Complete daily forklift and trailer checks.
• Use scan systems to verify product loading and accounting.
• Follow load planning sheets and load orders accurately, including PO, quantity, and special instructions.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage, in a timely manner.
• Load at least 300 units per shift.
• Learn to load trailers neatly and efficiently, including operating the bander/unitizer.
• Adhere to customer needs and PCA safety guidelines.
• Work safely, pay attention to detail, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively with team members and independently.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed by the supervisor.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and punctual.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to follow instructions.
