Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. is seeking a reliable Custodian for the Wayland Union Schools 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am) in Shelbyville, MI. This full-time role offers a 40-hour workweek with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour and requires consistent attendance and adherence to GRBS processes.

Responsibilities include mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and completing tasks as assigned. The position emphasizes respectful communication and following the building map and shift

Qualifications

• Team player with reliable transportation.
• Dependable and self-motivated.
• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• No theft, violence or drug-related background.

Responsibilities

• Mopping, dusting, and cleaning restrooms.
• Removing trash and other cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Follow GRBS processes and complete work to the building map.
• Mindful communication with respect to all teammates.
• Come to work consistently and adhere to the schedule.
• 39-40 hour week during 3rd shift: Mon-Fri + 1 weekend per month.
