Job summary

Richelieu Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Technician to clean and sanitize production equipment and plant areas during the third shift. You will follow SSOPs, MSS, and food safety guidelines to prepare the facility for the next production cycle.

The role requires reading required sanitation and safety documentation in English, and coordinating with QA on any identified issues. PPE is provided, and overtime may be available based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3 months of sanitation experience in a GMP/reg environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, utensils, and plant areas according to SSOPs and MSS.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment per procedures and training.
• Follow GMPs, sanitation procedures, and safety guidelines to prevent contamination.
