The Sanitation Manager is responsible for the overall sanitation of the facility and it’s equipment, supply management for the department to reduce/control cost.Implement employee safety and food safety initiatives.Manage small hourly employee crew, implementing culture to develop good supportive work environments.Support company policies and procedures to drive excellence.
Inventory management, documentation, interpretation of data, mathematical formulas, leadership, policy enforcement, master sanitation schedule, SQF, SSOPs and other duties assigned by the business.
Mathematical skills, data documentation, mechanical skills, organization and multitasking skills, communication, chemical safety, 7 steps of sanitation.
Required Education: High school or equivalentor minimum5years sanitation experience
Required Experience: Understandingofbasic sanitation operations, chemical safety, inventory management knowledge, mechanicalskills.
