Wesley Village in Macomb, Illinois is seeking a compassionate RN to join our night shift team from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., with every third weekend. Build relationships with residents, apply nursing skills, and make a difference each night.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Dependability and sound nursing judgment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dementia care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete assessments, provide wound care, and monitor residents' conditions.
• Communicate concerns to physicians and follow orders.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.
• Work with CNAs to support daily care and resident preferences.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and follow up on care.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers.
