Job summary

ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. is seeking a production operator to set up and run rewinder machinery in a climate-controlled environment. The role involves loading materials, adjusting settings, calibrating equipment, and palletizing according to job specifications.

You will monitor production, inspect products for quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and assist with routine maintenance. Training may be provided to other team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years in related field – preferred.
• Some manufacturing experience required.

• Monitors the production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment to ensure quality and quotas.

Hours: Monday - Friday / 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Work Environment

Work primarily in a climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Safety shoes and vision protection required, hearing protection required in some areas.

This role operates primarily in a manufacturing environment. Employee may be exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, moderate noise levels, and hot/humid manufacturing environment.

This role will regularly use plant machinery which certification may be required. This role routinely works around moving equipment. Employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to type, hold, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
