Consumer and Industrial Product Manufacturer in Luzerne County is seeking two dependable Resource Technicians to join the 3rd shift. You will operate manufacturing equipment, support shipping and receiving, drive forklifts, and perform light maintenance on palletizing machinery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified onsite.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel).
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and flex schedule for overtime, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and rotate between lines.
• Safely operate forklift and assist shipping/receiving, including loading/unloading trucks and verifying inventory.
• Palletizing and light maintenance; troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production quality and logs; participate in Daily Management System (DMS) activities.
• Cross-train on multiple tasks to backfill gaps and ensure smooth plant operations.
