Job Details:

Position Title: Refrigeration Technician

Location: Enid, OK

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support for ammonia refrigeration, HCFC systems, hot water, compressed air, and steam systems.
• Perform proactive maintenance, emergency repairs, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Read blueprints, repair air compressors, and evaluate pneumatic systems.
• Understand boiler theory and basic NH3 refrigeration schematics.
• Participate in emergency response training and team activities, including passing a HAZ-Mat physical.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of industrial ammonia refrigeration experience or equivalent; education preferred (industrial maintenance diploma or technical school enrollment).
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CMMS.
• Effective communication and basic math skills.

Physical and Other Skills:

• Lift, push, pull up to 75 lbs.
• Stand for up to 12 hours, work in confined/tall spaces, and tolerate temperature variations from -25 to over 100 degrees.
• Repetitive gripping, overhead work, climbing, and operating lifts or ladders.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, PLCs, motor controls, and shop equipment is desirable.

Additional Information:

No supervisory or travel requirements. Shift: 3rd shift. Relocation assistance is not provided.
