Delta Personnel Staffing is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates / Reach Truck Operators in Carteret, NJ for a 3rd shift role. The position offers a $21.75/hour base pay, requires hands-on reach truck experience, and RF scanning proficiency in a food manufacturing warehouse.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of warehouse experience (2+ years reach truck), valid certification, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience, or 2+ years reach truck experience.
• Hands-on reach truck experience is required.
• 2+ years using RF scanning systems.
• Current forklift/reach truck certification or ability to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel).
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders on schedule.
• Receive, inspect, and store inventory using FIFO/FEFO.
• Move materials between warehouse and production areas.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions.
• Ensure products are labeled with barcodes, tags, and allergen stickers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and compliant with safety policies.
• Follow PPE, OSHA, and food safety procedures.
• Collaborate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to hit daily goals.
