Job summary

Clearfield Metal Technologies, Inc is seeking a 3rd shift Quality Inspector to inspect parts per control plans and PPAP layouts. The role requires ISO understanding and participation in 8D and internal audits, with cost-saving initiatives across inspections.

HS diploma or GED is required; knowledge of PPAP/AIAG, MSA, APQP and Six Sigma training are preferred. Benefits include PTO, 401k, health insurance, and profit sharing.

• Understanding of ISO requirements.

Sunday through Thursday

11PM to 7AM

Hourly rate may be negotiable based on experience

Job Duties:

• Inspect parts per control plans in all operations


• Inspect PPAP Layouts and Complete PPAPs per AIAG


• Assist and complete 8D corrective actions


• Assist and complete Internal Audits


• Assist in inspection related studies and participate in cost saving projects


• Perform other duties as required and assigned

Education/Experience:

• High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.


• Know how to use various measuring equipment
