Amsted Automotive, Transform division in Sterling Heights, is seeking a 3rd Shift Quality Auditor to perform inspections and audits across all stages of production. The role ensures conformance to blueprints, customer requirements, and internal procedures.

The ideal candidate will accurately record inspection data, verify adherence to procedures, and assist in root cause analysis. This position offers advanced metrology duties and cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints and interpreting inspection requirements.
• Proficient use of measuring equipment (scales, micrometers, calipers).
• Familiar with IATF16949 and ISO 14001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process and final audit inspections as directed.
• Record data on inspection records and log results.
• Verify procedures are followed and inspections performed by operators.
