Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Test all lab samples per testing instructions.
• Perform analyses: particle size, FTIR, Karl Fischer, Brookfield viscosity, ash, spectroscopy, microscope analysis.
• Communicate results to Production and provide correction instructions.
• Print product labels using ChemGes.
• Verify batch tickets and packing lists in SAP.
• Enter QC data and make usage decisions in SAP.
• Assist Samples Department as directed.
• Maintain lab equipment and space; perform calibration and upkeep.
• Follow ISO 9001 and 14001 Quality Management System; adhere to safety policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
