Job summary

DHL Express is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the CVG Airport facility in Erlanger, Kentucky. The role will establish and execute policies to manage cargo handling within, into, and out of the Hub, ensuring operations meet customer and internal requirements in a safe, organized and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, transportation, warehouse or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising a team is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operational activities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective processing of shipments.
• Implement and direct quality control across operational areas.
• Ensure compliance with DHL policies and government regulations.
• Maintain records for hub operations (volume, damages, safety, productivity).
• Coordinate with systems operations control, flight control, maintenance, facilities, and customs for efficient hub operations.
• Oversee loading/unloading of trucks, trailers, air containers, and airline pallets.
• Supervise 15–25 staff; hire, coach, train, and develop personnel.
• Work on the 3rd shift.
