Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking an industrious team member to safely operate in our precast concrete production environment. You will join a hands-on group responsible for forming, cleaning, inspecting, and preparing concrete products to meet high quality standards.

The role is non-exempt, full-time, on-site work with competitive hourly pay, benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, plus paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Good attendance and positive attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and oil steel forms to maintain tooling readiness.
• Assemble and disassemble forms as part of the production cycle.
• Detail unfinished concrete prior to customer delivery and inspection.
• Prepare products to be stripped from forms for curing.
• Other duties as assigned to support production goals.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Assembling and disassembling forms
• Detailing unfinished concrete prior to customer delivery
• Prepare products to be stripped
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Compensation

• The hourly pay rate is $28.69/hr
