Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to read, write, add and subtract.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing; forklift/tow motor experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to safety practices.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions; initiative to act when needed.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift as required; maintain pace with production.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery following safe procedures.
• Assembles, fabricates and packages products under supervision.
• Sorts, inspects, labels and marks products to meet quality standards.
• Checks daily machinery for malfunctions and reports issues.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and records as required.
• May train others and assist in other departments as needed.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives and company values.
