CrossFire Group in Troy, MI is seeking a 3rd shift Production Support Technician. Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, plus a $1.50 per hour shift premium. Initial training requires working the 1st shift for a few weeks.

As a General Laborer/Shop Helper on 3rd shift, you will assist the Plant Manager with daily shop floor operations in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes reliability, flexibility, and hands-on problem solving.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Part Handling: Place parts on racks before plating and remove them afterward, ensuring proper handling throughout the process.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in cleaning and maintaining shop equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Light Manufacturing: Assemble items, prepare materials, and perform other basic manufacturing tasks as directed.
• Facility Support: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and workstations.
• Errands: Pick up supplies, deliver parts, and run other shop-related errands as needed.
• Task Execution: Support the Plant Manager in executing various projects and assignments.
