Job summary

Indiana Automotive Fasteners is seeking a Production Support Team Member for the 3rd shift in Greenfield, IN. The role ensures manufacturing priorities are executed and shipments meet deadlines, using AS400, P factory, and board systems.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience. Strong communication and ability to follow procedures are required for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Use whiteboard, green sheet, P factory and AS400 to ensure priorities are produced in manufacturing.
• Walk shipping racks to identify priority and pallet shortages in shipping.
• Cones priority parts at surface treatment, secondary, and Quality sort preload areas.
• Move open pallets and whiteboard parts between processes.
• Collaborate with Area Leaders and shipping to guarantee on-time shipments.
• Scan labels in shipping to create a shortage list.
• Other duties may be assigned.
