Job summary

Integrated Proteins is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the 3rd shift (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM) at our Kansas City, KS facility. You will oversee protein meal production, coordinate technicians, and ensure adherence to safety, cGMP, and quality standards while communicating with management and staff.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma, strong leadership, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; forklift and related equipment experience is preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Train employees and assign production technicians to positions.
• Counsel and communicate with staff and management as needed.
• Ensure safety, food safety, cGMP compliance and inventory control.
• Operate production equipment and manage daily workflow.
