Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd Shift at their Euclid, OH facility. The supervisor will lead the manufacturing team to meet production schedules, quality, and safety goals while implementing Lean Manufacturing practices.

This role requires at least three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, a High School Diploma or GED, and a strong understanding of lean practices. The annual salary range is expected between $86,000 and $126,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment.
• Experience in CNC machining or complex assembly and test is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of lean manufacturing technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct all manufacturing personnel to ensure completion of customer requirements.
• Assess performance indicators, and take appropriate actions to ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality goals are met.
• Provide leadership and commitment in support of continuing improvements in quality, productivity and delivery performance.
