Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift at the Holland Factory to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and mentor hourly associates. You will guide a team, manage performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic plant setting.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and analytical skills, with 3rd shift hours from 10PM to 6:30AM and a need to flex hours as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Food Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisor role.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate and mentor hourly teams.
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
• High accountability and follow-through across shifts.

Responsibilities
