Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our Production team in Nashville. You will manage daily production flow, hire and train entry-level staff, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity on a fast-paced shift.

You will enforce OSHA standards, maintain inventory control, and mentor partners on safety policies while driving bottom-line results in a hands-on management role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on a fast-paced shift.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements and maintain inventory control.
• Maintain a safe plant environment and train partners on safety policies.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and emphasize a culture of safety; manage daily production flow and bottom-line results.
