Job summary

Koch Foods, Inc. is seeking a capable supervisor for the 3rd shift. You will lead, coach and develop a team while maintaining safety as a top priority.

You will schedule production activities, motivate staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and company policies. This role emphasizes positive leadership to boost engagement and performance, along with other supervisor duties. Experience in a supervisory capacity is required; a related Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ year leadership and/or supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or other related field of study preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills.
• General knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP.
• Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train a team through ongoing coaching.
• Schedule to run the production area effectively.
