Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or related field.
• Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, lean manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production software.
• Experience supervising in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet daily targets.
• Ensure product quality and quantity meet standards.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, HR, and maintenance teams.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate production reports and records.
