Stevens Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st shift. You will be the driving force on the plant floor, coordinating teams, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring daily production goals are met with quality and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.
• Experience supervising in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
