Job summary

PS SEASONING & SPICES INC in Iron Ridge, WI seeks a self-driven Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on the 3rd shift. You’ll lead a hands-on team, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced food-manufacturing setting.

You’ll manage production schedules, monitor line performance, coach staff, and ensure on-time fulfillment while maintaining GMP/HACCP standards and a culture of teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Food industry experience and ingredient blending are a bonus!
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; ADP and ERP systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily production schedules and plant activities
• Monitoring product quality and line performance
• Leading, scheduling, and supporting production staff
• Ensuring on-time fulfillment while maintaining top-tier quality standards
• Championing safety protocols and food safety programs (GMP, HACCP, etc.)
• Coordinating machinery maintenance to minimize downtime
• Leading process improvement efforts to boost operational efficiency
• Conducting audits and tracking compliance with all quality and safety standards
• Coaching team members and driving training initiatives
• Supporting performance reviews and employee development
