We are seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor at our Greeneville, TN facility. The role hours are 11:00 pm – 7:00 am. You will collaborate with team leads to improve efficiency, provide hands-on leadership, and report to the Production Manager. Candidates must be available to work onsite daily in Greeneville, TN.

Role Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production departments, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics are met.
• Coach employees on safety and conduct department inspections.
• Manage performance processes for hourly staff.
• Assist with departmental budget management.
• Promote teamwork and problem-solving to improve manufacturing processes.
• Train staff on safety, quality, problem-solving, and technical procedures.
• Audit product quality and implement corrective actions.
• Address employee relations issues effectively.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, production, quality, or engineering experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in business, leadership, or related fields.
• 3+ years of production supervisory experience.
• Experience with Oracle and Workday systems.
