NPAA is seeking a Production Operator for its Small Paint Plant (SPP) on the 3rd shift located in Lansing, IL. The ideal candidate will fill batches using automated equipment, follow safety protocols, and support various operations tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $17.39 to $25.75 per hour, based on experience, and comes with a robust rewards package including bonuses and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to training on alternative shifts.
• Experience with batch filling processes is preferred.
• Ability to adhere to standardized operating procedures.
