Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience with computers and data entry capabilities.
• Mechanical experience helpful for setup and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Start up machines and repair thread breaks as needed.
• Inspect bobbins, weigh scrap, and record results.
• Perform quality checks using calipers and document measurements.
• Seal and label boxes, print labels, and prepare shipments.
• Keep work area clean and assist other areas as needed.
• Discuss priorities with the next shift during handoffs.
