FIL-TEC INC in Cavetown, Maryland is seeking a Production Team Member to operate and maintain multiple machines in a process production environment. You will check winding schedules, label products, perform quality checks, and assist with setup and maintenance tasks.

This role requires basic math, good communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, with willingness to overtime. Prior mechanical experience is helpful, and high school education is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred.
• Some computer and keyboard experience helpful.
• Mechanical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Check winding schedule and communicate instructions between shifts.
• Wind, inspect, label, box and palletize products with proper labeling.
• Perform quality checks per work instructions and adjust machines as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and keep work area clean.
• Fill out production and waste reports and assist in other departments as needed.
