You will participate in safe production, operate equipment, and support continuous improvement with a strong team mindset. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines.
• Comfortable using computers and data entry systems; Oracle/ABB knowledge a plus.
• Ability to operate production machinery and mobile equipment safely.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties safely and in alignment with company policies.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in work areas.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and power washers.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and support improvements.
• Work with team members and internal departments to ensure quality production.
• Follow safety regulations and participate in safety initiatives.
