Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will prepare product for shipment according to product guidelines and customer requirements, including cleaning, inspecting, assembling and stacking.

This position offers a 2:00pm to 10:00pm shift, with opportunities for growth and a safety-focused culture. After joining, employees benefit from a comprehensive package including medical, dental and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and efficiently using PPE.
• Read and follow product guidelines, quality and safety documents.
• Clean, trim and assemble components with hand tools.
• Maintain a continuous production/packaging cycle.
• Ensure finished product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Train other employees and assist other departments.
• Support CI initiatives and 5S/STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
