Select Custom Solutions in La Crosse, WI is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Operator to join our food and nutrition manufacturing team. You will support multiple lines, monitor safety procedures, and move product through packaging and palletizing steps on the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift.

The role requires ability to lift bags up to 50 lbs and maintain accurate production counts, with emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift bags 1–50 lbs.
• Read ingredients and count bags on a pallet.

Responsibilities

• Read ingredients and count how many bags are on a pallet.
• Place scoops in cans/jars/buckets and lids on containers.
• Stack bags/cans of product as lines run.
• Seal bags/cans as lines run.
• Bag product as lines run.
• Dump bags into equipment on lines.
