Job summary

The role requires following detailed steps, recording hours, quantities, and ensuring accuracy. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workspace, adhering to schedules, assisting other departments as needed, and serving as a back-up driver for the S&R department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed.
• Able to lift 50 lbs daily and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and follow safety regulations.
• Receive and process customer work orders.
• Prepare parts for coatings: fixturing, blasting, cleaning, masking, polishing.
• Complete work orders with hours, quantity, and dates filed.
• Maintain department cleanliness and organize workspace.
• Adhere to schedule and report overtime approaching threshold.
• Assist other departments during downtime as directed by supervisor.
• Back-up driver for S&R department when needed.
• Obey OSHA, EPA, and company safety/quality policies.
