Job summary

Landrum Workforce Solutions is seeking Production/Packaging Associates for a local Spartanburg, South Carolina facility. You will support daily manufacturing by packaging finished products, maintaining quality, and assisting with material movement.

This role may require sit-down forklift operation and adherence to safety and GMP guidelines. Training on days for up to three weeks, with a 3rd shift from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, and a contract-to-hire path.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, food production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Sit-down forklift experience required; certification preferred or ability to be certified.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Reliable attendance and positive team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and inspect baked food products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate on a fast-paced production or packaging line
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with food safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output goals
• Safely operate sit-down forklift to move pallets, materials, and finished products as required
• Load and unload materials from staging or warehouse areas
• Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and OSHA guidelines
• Assist in other departments such as sanitation or production support as needed

The Production / Packaging Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by packaging finished products, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with material movement throughout the facility. Compensation and Benefits

• For this position, the starting pay is $18/hour
• 3rd shift - 10:30 pm to 6:30 am
• All employees must train on days for up to 3 weeks.
