Job summary

Landrum Workforce Solutions in Spartanburg, South Carolina, is seeking 3rd shift Production Team Members (Machine Operators/Line Worker) to support manufacturing by operating CNC and related production machines, inspecting work, and maintaining quality.

The role requires willingness to train, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand most of the shift; health, dental, and vision insurance plus matching 401(k) are offered after qualification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Prior machine operation experience preferred; willingness to train required.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Production environments is a plus.
• Steady work history with reliable attendance.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setup.
• Ability to read and maintain production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail for quality checks.
• Ability to work safely around CNC machines and hot materials.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for 90% of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the machine at the start of and throughout the shift.
• Review the TPO sheet and check machine sensors.
• Change the machine tip as needed.
• Fill out the production sheet throughout the shift.
• Operate and monitor CNC and related production machines, including robotic weld cells.
• Use calipers and other measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work station.
