Job summary

Kleen Test Products Corporation in Strasburg, OH is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team and uphold safety, quality and continuous improvement. You’ll guide and develop your team, drive performance and maintain a strong culture of safety and efficiency.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years supervising production in manufacturing, strong organizational and time-management skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in supervision or operations management preferred.
• 2–4 years supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.
• Must have strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Google Suite; experience with Microsoft Outlook.
