Kleen Test Products is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor in Strasburg, OH to lead a manufacturing team and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production. You will guide and develop your team, drive performance, and uphold a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree in supervision or operations preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; solid project management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Google Suite and Outlook; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Shift: 3rd (11PM-7AM), Mon-Fri

We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production. This role is critical to meeting customer expectations and upholding KTP's commitment to operational excellence.

As a Production Supervisor, you'll guide and develop your team, drive performance, and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead and promote a safe work environment

• Support operations as needed to keep production running smoothly

• Requires a high school diploma or GED. An Associate's degree in supervision or operations management is preferred.
• Prior experience (2-4 years) supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Requires strong organizational and time-management skills with good attention to detail and ability to coordinate and
• prioritize multiple projects.
• Must have strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), experience with Google Suite and
• Microsoft Outlook.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.
