Job summary

Kleen Test Products is seeking a QC Line Technician in Strasburg OH to perform in-process quality inspections on production lines, verify weights and labeling, and conduct testing with pH meters, balances, and vacuum testers. You will document results, identify quality concerns, and support corrective actions to maintain product quality.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and strong teamwork on a fast-paced manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred (3–6 months).
• Ability to follow procedures and document results accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process quality inspections on production lines.
• Verify product weights, measurements, labeling, coding, and appearance.
• Conduct testing using quality equipment such as pH meters, balances, and vacuum testers.
• Complete quality documentation accurately and on time.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns to production leadership.
• Ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company specifications.
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain product traceability and quality records.
