Job summary

Daubert Chemical Company is seeking an experienced Production Lead for the 3rd shift in the Metalworking Department. You will lead the team, formulate batches, and ensure the safe, efficient, and timely completion of the production plan.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in chemical manufacturing, a high school diploma, and ability to troubleshoot bottlenecks while maintaining quality and safety standards. 3rd shift runs 9pm–5:30am with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of chemical manufacturing experience in a batch environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot processes and operate production equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3rd shift in the Metalworking Department to meet production schedules and batch formation.
• Escalate safety or process issues and coordinate with management and QA to maintain quality and deadlines.
• Provide on-shift supervision, training, and sign-off on batch tickets before QA review.
• Ensure SOP compliance and ISO quality practices across all production activities.
