Job summary

Havis Inc is hiring a Production Worker for the 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:00am, Sun-Thurs) at our Warminster, PA facility. You will sort, stage, and feed parts, operate a forklift, and prepare work orders for Fabrication, following the production schedule and safety procedures.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, ability to read instructions and drawings, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certification is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined with experience using basic hand tools.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English; ability to read and interpret work instructions, production documents, and engineering drawings.
• Must possess a strong attention to detail and be able to stand for long periods.
• Team-oriented with good communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort parts from work bins from sheet metal processing equipment.
• Stage WIP for Fabrication work areas.
• Identify next work order and deliver to appropriate personnel.
• Operate forklift to move materials and assist in loading/unloading.
• Fabricate parts using machines such as belt sander and deburring equipment.
• Execute all material issues/receipts in the ERP system.
• Contribute to the parts cycle counting program.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
