Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., with a strong safety focus and reliable attendance. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a 3rd shift, offering competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Prior production, warehouse, or distribution experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and stage garments, materials, and products for processing or shipment.
• Perform a variety of production support functions as assigned.
• Move materials throughout the facility as needed.
• Fill in across production departments to support operational needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
• Meet daily quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.
