Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. This role performs a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading/unloading trucks and staging materials and garments, with flexibility to fill in for vacations.

The position emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and meeting quality standards, and candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and handle potentially soiled items

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to potentially handle materials that are soiled and have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
• Requires standing for most of a shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Participate in loading or unloading of trucks and staging material and garments for loading.
• Fill in for other employees on vacations/absences as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality and quantity standards.
