Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of stable work history.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to speak English effectively to management and employees of organization.
• Simple math may be required including measuring length, fractions and calculator use.
• Employee must stand and walk for extended periods (4 hours) and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow pleating/assembly/packing instructions and processes.
• Maintain process cycle time to meet established standards.
• Consistently produce components and assemble/pack throughout shift.
• Visually inspect components and filters for defects.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety.
• Cross-train in other production areas as needed.
