Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to speak English effectively to management and employees.
• Basic math skills including using a measuring tape and handling fractions.
• Must stand and walk for 4 hours at a time; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime and cross-train in multiple production areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow pleating/assembly/packing instructions and procedures.
• Maintain cycle times to meet standards.
• Visually inspect components and filters for defects.
• Operate Pleater machine and other production equipment.
• Support production assembly as needed.
• Cross-train in other areas based on business needs.
