Job summary

Flexfab Hastings, MI is seeking a Production Associate for the 3rd shift to support the full production process, including manufacturing, inspection, and packaging.

You will rotate through work cells, maintain accurate records, and follow safety and quality procedures. Strong math, reading skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Overtime is paid at double time; reliable attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong math and reading comprehension.
• Ability to retain processes across multiple production areas.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to attendance.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with others

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of production process, including computer work, product manufacturing, inspection, and packaging.
• Operate within multiple work cells, rotating as needed to meet production demands and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Inspect product for quality, accurately record data, and report findings in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow standardized work instructions, safety guidelines and quality procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation sheets and on the computer
