Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of production: manufacturing, inspection, and packaging.
• Operate across multiple work cells and rotate as needed.
• Inspect products, record data, and report findings.
• Follow standard work instructions, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain production records and computer documentation.
• Adhere to safety rules and achieve quality standards.
• Meet or exceed production targets and maintain reliability.
• Communicate issues and collaborate with teammates.
