Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Production Associate for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:30pm–7:00am) to support manufacturing through assembly, equipment operation, and quality inspections in a safe, organized environment.

You will follow SOPs, maintain production records, and participate in continuous improvement as part of a collaborative team. A high school diploma or GED and reliable attendance are preferred; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and understand basic work instructions.
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform production, assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks.
• Operate equipment per standard procedures.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects.
