Job summary

Owens Corning in Tiffin, OH is seeking a Production Associate for the 3rd shift (Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 pm–6:00 am) with OT as needed. You will work at presses, assist operators, and prepare packaging for shipments.

You must read and follow safety rules, communicate effectively with teammates, and maintain high accuracy. A High School diploma or GED and 3–6 months related experience are required; 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules and operation instructions.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Work with minimal supervision and complete tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate presses and assist machine operators in packaging parts.
• Follow plant safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain 100% attendance and keep work area clean.
• Assist with sorting, stacking, and labeling packaged parts.
• Report unsafe conditions and ensure safety devices are in place.
• Collaborate with team to complete duties efficiently.
